We ensure all merchandise departs Zoloban warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
Merchandise sold during clearance (final sale markdowns) cannot be returned or exchanged.
